Shift Esperanza is situated in a landscape of rolling hills between Las Delicias and Esperanza, two tranquil hamlets within proximity to Nosara. The land is divided into 11 mini neighborhoods, each containing shared amenity spaces and picturesque views. A 17.4km network of interconnected trail systems will link the homes to the amenities, which will include a clubhouse and, eventually, a commercial district.

No one's quite sure what gives it its unique charm. Whatever it is, we all agree — there's something magical about this place that feels like you're living in a dream.

Already three years in the making, our restored 8-acre farm, known as ‘Finca La Esperanza’, is already producing an abundance of organic produce that our team is enjoying. Soon, it will be the source of our residents’ daily ingredients.
