Yes, HOA fees are calculated based on the maximum allowable construction area (m2) your lot has been assigned by the Developer. Fees are approved annually by the HOA and may change year to year according to the Main Condo and SubCondo projected expenses.
Our Farm will operate to distribute food to residents, but also to sell organic "value added" products to the local community. If the operation is profitable, net profits will become a reduction in HOA fees. -
Yes, we are actively in discussions with multiple banks to secure pre-approval for financing with reduced bank fees for our community members.
Once all the documents have been submitted, banks can take between 4-6 weeks to approve a loan. We anticipate offering financing options to foreigners that may cover between 50% to 80% of the purchase price, typically with an approximate interest rate of 8.5%. For Costa Rican buyers, we may offer even more favorable terms. -

If you decide to purchase a lot or a house, you will have a full title, making you the owner not only for that specific piece of land or house, but also a percentage owner of the common areas, meaning the amenities, farm, and green spaces.
